Lesson Objectives (during these lessons you will):
1. Complete the Weekly Assessment Sheet
2. Complete the 'What If' Activity to take your work in a new direction
3. Receive 1-1 feedback to discuss your progress and ideas
4. Start refining experimentations in the lead up to final composition designs next week.
Tasks:
What If?
Choose two 'What if?' words below (or come up with your own!) and use these to develop a new way of exploring your work. The aim is to produce a new interesting direction in your work: change the colour, scale, imagery, etc. You will feedback what your two words are in two minutes time!
Ideas:
Photocopying: Photocopy your paintings/prints/drawings, etc. Enlarge, crop, repeat, change colour, print onto different materials!
Drawing: Sketch out ideas, collage, find/take new imagery if relevant - it all counts towards AO3!
Collage: Explore collage - you will need to find a range of source imagery to work with before you get started and look on pinterest for inspiration!
Pinterest: Look through our tutorials/ideas board on Pinterest for further inspiration!
Photoshop: These are some techniques you could try in Photoshop to enrich your prep work!

Homework:
1. Complete concertina for final submission
2. Start writing personal study for 1st draft submission Monday 9th November - min 1000 words
3. Complete 3 x studies for the week - you should have 11-17 by now
4. Ensure a min of 2 boards are mounted to a confident for diagnostic review.
Submission for Diagnostic Review:
1. Completed concertina with written review
2. Min of 2 boards - must include annotation, recordings and a contact sheet.
Deadline: First lesson w/c 12th October!
